This denim is slowly and carefully woven on a shuttle loom using rope-dyed, short-staple nep yarns for the warp and luxurious Suvin cotton for the weft. The use of short fibers in the warp brings out a soft, vintage-like texture with subtle fuzziness, while the long-staple weft yarns add refined volume and a supple hand. Each piece is hand-finished by skilled artisans, with carefully faded colors and distressing that reflect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
