Return
Sportivo Store has a 14 days return policy. Sportivo Store has an easy return procedure. All goods must be returned with the order number and order date.
Sportivo Store is not responsible for the management and expenses of return shipments and the incial shipping costs won't be included in the refunded amount.
Important information:
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
- Shoes should be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox, as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoebox inside another solid carton box in order to avoid damage to the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate merchandise.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are included in products shipped to all countries within the European Union.
For other countries, depending on your order and the country, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order. Refusal to pay such fees will result in the total cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the refunded amount.
