AMIACALVA's original combed yarn is used for No. 6 canvas, woven tightly on a shuttle loom.
The canvas is impregnated with paraffin through dipping processing and then bio-washed to create a unique texture. By impregnating the fibers with paraffin, the paraffin remains in the fibers even after bio-wash processing, giving the fabric a washed look, but a unique design that allows it to stand on its own as a bag. The design is simple yet distinctive, taking advantage of the "selvedge" created by the shuttle loom.
