Based on the denim hat used by the US Navy in the 1940s, we have improved the quality and other aspects while retaining the unique vintage atmosphere. We have pursued the uneven shape of the thread, the thread count, and the number of threads, and reproduced the denim for work wear that existed in the United States in the 1940s and early 1960s.
