Sportivo has a 15 days return policy. Sportivo has an easy return procedure. All goods must be returned with order number and order date. Sportivo will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. Shipping is also free on the replacement ítem.

- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
- Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
- We prefer that items are returned through Sportivo Store return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
